Vmmet treats metallized film quality as a controlled workflow: confirm the specification, monitor the metallization route, inspect the roll format, and keep order information traceable for overseas buyers.

Base film, thickness, treatment side, width, roll length, core, packing, and required documents are checked before production or slitting.
Process control
Metallization, surface condition, optical appearance, and converting requirements are reviewed against the approved product brief.
Roll inspection
Finished rolls are checked around winding, width, roll condition, labeling, packing method, and shipment-ready handling requirements.
Traceable documents
Order, roll, packing, and technical information can be aligned for customer qualification, receiving checks, and follow-up support.
