QUALITY
Vmmet treats metallized film quality as a controlled workflow: confirm the specification, monitor the metallization route, inspect the roll format, and keep order information traceable for overseas buyers.
View quality system →Base film, thickness, treatment side, width, roll length, core, packing, and required documents are checked before production or slitting.
Metallization, surface condition, optical appearance, and converting requirements are reviewed against the approved product brief.
Finished rolls are checked around winding, width, roll condition, labeling, packing method, and shipment-ready handling requirements.
Order, roll, packing, and technical information can be aligned for customer qualification, receiving checks, and follow-up support.
A USEFUL STARTING POINT
Tell us what the film needs to do—not only the material name. Use these four points as a practical starting brief.
